Brigadier General Adio Adeleke Adekoya (Retired) is the Chairman of Plural Capital Limited. He holds an MBA in Business Administration from Delta State UniversityAbraka, Nigeria. He isa Fellow Chartered Accountant— Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Fellow Chartered Taxation Institute — The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a Member of National Advisory Council – Chartered Institute of Security and Investment (UK) Nigeria Chapter and a member of Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. He attended all mandatory courses while serving in the Nigerian Army.

Brigadier General Adeleke held several appointments during his service in the Nigerian Army amongst which were; Group Finance Manager — Army Welfare Holdings Ltd, Deputy Director Finance and Accounts Nigerian Army, Director, Budget Nigerian Army, Chief of Staff— Headquarters, Nigerian Army Finance Corps and lastly, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer — Nigerian Army Welfare Insurance Company Ltd by Guarantee, the position he held from January 2019 till his retirement on 4 April 2021.
Brigadier General Adekoya (retired) has attended several Seminar /Conferences, some of which are; Executive Directors Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation of Budgetary Processes; Key Issues. New York, USA, September 2013, International Accountants Conference Toronto, Canada Aug/Sep 2014. Others are ICAN- USA International Accountants Conference Las Vegas, USA Discussant on paper titled effective utilization of State’s Resources; Accountant perspective, September 2015 and ICAN- USA International Accountants Conference Los Angeles USA, September 2017
Brigadier General Adekoya (retired) has delivered so many lectures and made some Publications such as Investment Guide for Nigerian Army Personnel 2008, Nigerian Army Finance Corps in Perspective, Negotiating Mode of Withdrawal in Pension Reform Act 04. Others are Migration of Armed Forces of Nigeria payroll into the Integrated Personnel Payroll Information System: Issues and Challenges and Post Service Life: Need for Early Preparation amongst others.
Brigadier General Adekoya enjoys reading, swimming, playing and watching football. He is happily married with children.
Odufuwa Olukoya Oluwaseyi, an alumnus of the London School of Business & Finance and London School of Economics, holds a B.Sc. degree in Banking & Finance from Lagos State University. He also ran his MSc Finance Programme in the same Institution
An astute professional with almost two decades of core experience in the Capital & Money Markets, Seyi began his professional career at Forthright Securities & Investment Limited and rose to the position of Assistant Manager (Operations) in 2007.

He designed a new and robust business plan, conceived and implemented a rebranding process, designed a robust performance monitoring matrix for an effective and competitive work force and he created a highly technical research department with a concept to run as a profit centre, jjust to mention a few.
Oluwaseyi joined Skyview Capital in February 2009 as pioneer Head of Operations & Senior Manager and within six(6) months of his employment he rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) with core duties to manage the day-to-day supervision of major activities of the Company, its branches and subsidiaries. He increased asset base and grew customer liability very significantly within fourteen (14) months. He participated in the Rivers State N200b Infrastructural Bond as Brokers to the Issue, Bauchi State Bond of N50b as Stockbrokers to the Issue, Cross Rivers State Health Care Infrastructural Bond and Logos State Infrastructural Bond as Stockbrokers to the Bond.
He later rose to become the Managing Director of Skyview Capital Limited, a position he held for 4 years before resuming as Managing Director of SVC Mutual Limited—An Asset Management Company licensed by The Securities & Exchange Commission in November 2019.
Under the leadership of Oluwaseyi, SVC Mutual Limited — An Asset Management Company which started full operations on January 7, 2020 with an initial capital of N300m, grew its total asset significantly within a short span of 3 years. The Company’s core competence spans across Securities Trading, Bonds & Mutual Funds Trading, Credit Management and Investment Advisory. He is also a member of Institute of Directors (IoD). Indeed, Oluwaseyi is a household name in the Nigerian financial sector with proven track records.
Mr. Odufuwa has been involved in several private and public debt capital raising issues.
A seasoned turnaround manager and a motivational speaker, he has undergone several Capital & Money Market courses, Leadership & Strategic Management courses, part of which is being an alumnus of London School of Business & Finance and London School of Economics. He is a philanthropist who donates regularly to charities, orphanages and welfare centers that take care of aged widows. He is widely travelled. Oluseyi is happily married with children.
Mrs. Mosebolatan Agboola is a renowned procurement and administrative professional, an entrepreneur, motivational speaker and mother. A woman of substance who has set a standard for young women in Nigeria and Africa at large.
A graduate of Business Administration from the Lagos State University, with an MSc also from the same institution, she is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. Because of her penchant to build capacity, she started out as on entrepreneur with Bilmart Nigeria Company where she majored in procurement, equipment and support services.
